  Excellent meat. I have been buying meat there for years. You can never go wrong with Frank's Butchers. Best bacon every. Staff are excellent. I have now moved to Colborne and I still travel to Franz's. I call a head put my order in and it is ready when I get there. Amazing service.

  Hi Joe, I'm very sorry you had a bad experience. If you could contact us, we would be glad to do something in return for your bad visit. The freezer burn on the packaging could be two reasons 1. possibly be due to improper rotation. As we try to stay on top of it all it doesn't always happen. 2. From time to time we receive products where the packs are blown the day we receive them from our supplier. We will make sure to stay on proper rotation, and have a talk with our supplier. We don't package or cut the bison in house, we receive it prepackaged like that from our supplier. Thanks for the feedback
