  Great service. Can't handle the busy atmosphere so they always pack our meal to go...surprised me with a balloon, came and gift when staff found out it was my birthday.

  Long time customer, Mario mini members, visit 2x per month. Horrible experience last visit served horribly. Tonight was even worse. Didn't receive bad service, received zero service. Arrived at 530 and was told there is a 10 minute wait for a table. Fine they were busy. Was seated at 539. At 605 we decided to leave as it had been 24 minutes since being seated and we had not even placed a drink order. People that were seated after us were already eating. When we asked who was our server nobody seamed to know. And when we told the owner we were leaving with our party of 4. She couldn't care less. Not only did they loose our business tonight. But possibly forever.

  I went with my father and two children to this location for mynsons 4th Birthday. He had the cheese pizza and loved it. Both my father and I were satisfied with our meals also. After our meal they sung happy birthday which my son loved I live in Brampton and this staff and location were leaps above

  It's not that the food is bad. It's fine, good even considering what kind of restaurant it is. It's not that pick up times are always at least 10 mins longer than what they tell you online. I mean, that's just of kind how most takeout experiences go. However. When I arrive, weather to eat or pick up take out, I except the waitstaff to be kind, attentive and helpful. I waited for 6 minutes until I was even acknowledged. And when they finally did, they shoo-ed me out of the wait area and asked me to sit in a dark corner until my food was ready. Hello? Have they forgotten that it's our money that keeps the lights on?
