  Great meal, decent price. We enjoyed the patio on a nice day. Food arrived quickly and was well prepared. Took a while to get the bill, but our meal overall was a good experience.

  Server was nice but seemed too interested in chatting to everyone else, looked like another employee, possible supervisor? Had to tell her that our food was waiting at the back. We asked her questions she couldn't answer and she was supposed to find out (soup of the day) she never told us. All of our pops were flat both times. Also my friend pulled a hair out of his mouth from a burger, took forever for the server to even check on us. He got a new burger but everyone was done. Some food was cold. I've had great experiences from other Boston Pizzas and from this location before. The hair crosses this restaurant off of our list of food places for sure. Made it seem like you won't get service if you aren't paying for drinks even in a group of people.

  Went in for an average meal (which isn't a bad thing...) Forgot my high end sunglasses, called back and spoke the manager. She put my name and number on them and placed them inside the servers stand. I got back to town the following Friday and went to claim them, surprise they were gone. Spoke to the same manager who acknowledged they disappeared, but that there was nothing that could be done. More than likely after a few days (I was out of town) an employee decided I must not be coming back and now owns a new pair of ray bans. I'm Understanding of things like that happening, a restaurants decision to support what is likely employees stealing rather than a customer who eats with his family an average of once a week will have me changing our dining plans in the future.
